April Cookie of the Month!!

Normally, when I think about cookies, I think MUST HAVE CHOCOLATE! I am always going to pick something with chocolate rather than not.

But, one challenge to myself with the Cookie of the Month was to try new and different cookies.

So this month, I made Key Lime Meltaways. No chocolate in sight. Probably something I normally wouldn't think about making.

and....they were great!! Kind of like lime flavored shortbreads, not super sweet. Next time I will add a bit more lime juice for more flavor, but otherwise, I'd recommend these!
