We are back from North Carolina, of course. It was really fun. Travis made a bookstand in his class and I wandered around UNC Chapel Hill for the morning and got my nails done. I ate a yummy sandwich from a place called Sandwhich.
Then we met back up, went to dinner and came home the next day! It was a quick trip and the drive was so beautiful through mountainy West Virginia, Virginia, South Eastern Ohio and North Carolina. County road...take me home....West Virginia....mountain mama....(name that song?)
nervously smiling as I'm about to walk down the aisle with dear ole dad.
Currently.....
listening to Gotye's Somebody I Used To Know. On repeat at work. I love his voice!
reading a book I borrowed from my sister in law on my Kindle! I just finished the Poisonwood Bible.
feeling more motivated to exercise in this beautiful weather.
eating not as many sweets. I am trying to cut back. A cookie should be a treat, not something I eat EVERY DAY.
trying to finish my couch cover! Some day....
being really bad at record keeping. file folder? What is that?!
needing nothing really....maybe some toilet paper. haha....sorry...
losing the battle of being productive versus being a bum and watching Hulu. Perhaps I can do both at once?
loving my husband, of course! Sorry, cop out answer.
hoping to go on a picnic with my husband this weekend. (Friday?) And seeing Hunger Games!!
creating chicken pesto calzones for dinner tonight! That's a creation, right?

What a fun quick trip! I'm wanting to get out of town... a quick trip would be perfect for us!
Glad that you had a good time on your trip! I love Gotye's voice too - that song is so great. And YAY for Hunger Games!! :)
Your trip sounds lovely! I've never been to North Carolina but hope to visit one day.
Glad to hear you had a good time in Chapel Hill. That drive is a good one I must agree!
